Client - Automotive Component Manufacturer - 400 employees

As above, facilitated the senior management through a business strategy development process. One key outcome was an early recognition that the business would need to establish production facilities in lower cost economies if they were to retain contracts with key customers like VW. Opened first overseas facility in Eastern Europe in 2006.
